The Krona Charts tool was developed to assist in the generation of a visualization tool to better analyze metagenomic data. Included with the data generated by MRDNA is an "analysisfiles" directory. In that analysisfiles directory are OTU.txt files that will be used as the input. The output will be the "Krona.xlsx" spreadsheet that has the capability of creating an interactive HTML graphical display of metagenomic data.
